We are seeking a Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team. We specialize in post-rehab and intelligent, personalized movement in a calm and supportive environment. The right candidate will be motivated to grow a sustainable, long-term practice while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care. This role offers independence in managing your own clients, with the potential for long-term leadership or partnership opportunities.

• Teach private, duet, and small group Pilates sessions.

• Create individualized, safe, and effective programs for a variety of clients, including post-rehab and older adults.

• Foster a professional, respectful, and supportive studio environment.

• Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure continuity of care.

 

Requirements

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels).

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (newly certified instructors with strong foundations will be considered).

• CPR/First Aid certification and professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

• Familiarity and confidence with Balanced Body equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, small props).

• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field preferred but not required.

• Experience with Injuries and Special Populations (ISP) and older adults helpful but not required.
