We are seeking a Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team. We specialize in post-rehab and intelligent, personalized movement in a calm and supportive environment. The right candidate will be motivated to grow a sustainable, long-term practice while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care. This role offers independence in managing your own clients, with the potential for long-term leadership or partnership opportunities.

Teach private, duet, and small group Pilates sessions.

Create individualized, safe, and effective programs for a variety of clients, including post-rehab and older adults.

Foster a professional, respectful, and supportive studio environment.

Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements

Comprehensive Pilates Certification (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels).

Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (newly certified instructors with strong foundations will be considered).

CPR/First Aid certification and professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Familiarity and confidence with Balanced Body equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, small props).

Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field preferred but not required.

Experience with Injuries and Special Populations (ISP) and older adults helpful but not required.
