PRIVATE PILATES SESSION
Experience the benefits of Private Pilates Sessions designed just for you. In your session, we'll conduct a health intake to discuss any injuries or weaknesses, ensuring your workouts align perfectly with your goals. Our certified instructor will empower you to reach new heights while providing hands-on adjustments and personalized cues for optimal performance.
SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS: Duet or Trio Sessions
Experience the joy of fitness with our Customized Pilates Semi-Private Sessions! Perfect for friends or family, these sessions are tailored to your unique fitness goals while providing the benefits of a private Pilates workout. With expert guidance and a variety of equipment you'll not only have fun but also stay motivated and accountable with your partner.
New clients are required to complete at least 4-6 private sessions before transitioning to a semi-private environment. This helps identify your individual strengths and challenges, including any injuries, asymmetries that may cause pain, or areas of tightness and weakness. We also recommend scheduling occasional private sessions to refine your practice as you advance. Join us to achieve real results together!

SMALL GROUP REFORMER/TOWER CLASS: (5 clients maximum)
A small group Reformer/Tower combo class, limited to a maximum of 5 clients, enhances accountability for both the client and the instructor while allowing the session to be customized to the group’s specific needs. Reformer Pilates offers numerous benefits, including improved core strength, enhanced flexibility, increased muscle tone, better posture, improved balance and heightened body awareness. The adjustable resistance of the springs allows for progressive overload, making it suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES
SCHROTH BASED THERAPY FOR SCOLIOSIS
The Schroth method of exercises for scoliosis was developed by Katherina Schroth, in Germany in 1927 as a result of researching treatments for her own scoliosis condition. By the 1960s, the Schroth Method had become the standard non-surgical treatment for scoliosis and has increased it’s reputation in the United States since.
Through specific exercises and specific breathing techniques, the Schroth method aims to elongate the trunk of the body and correct imbalances. By developing the inner muscles of the rib cage, these exercises change the shape of the upper body to correct any spinal abnormalities. As a result, people experience decreased pain, a slowing or complete halting of curvature progression, and improved posture, cardio-pulmonary function and mobility.

PILATES BASED PHYSICAL THERAPY
Pilates Based Physical Therapy is a comprehensive approach to get to the roots of your injury and reduce risk for future injury. Integrating Pilates, our method aims to enhance core strength, flexibility, and posture, allowing you to move with ease.
This visit includes a comprehensive initial evaluation with a Physical Therapist to address your whole body, not just the symptomatic zone.

SEMI-PRIVATE REHAB GROUP CIRCUIT CLASS: 4-5 clients
Physical Therapist led classes are designed with a maximum of 5 participants, ensuring personalized attention for each individual's rehabilitation journey. Each participant receives a tailored exercise plan that addresses their specific injuries, medical conditions and individual goals; you will experience the benefit of pilates movement utilizing the full suite of Pilates apparatus. These classes are ideal for pre and post-surgical patients, pre and post-natal women, injured athletes, and those dealing with neurological or chronic pain. With a focus on individualized care, we adapt the pace and intensity of each session to support your unique needs and help you on your path to true wellness. We’ll train you to move your body from a place of strength, stability, and control.
You must take 8-10 private lessons prior to entering our semi-private rehab circuit group class .
